Matt started with us straight out of the Marines. Matt has been in manufacturing for 8 years and started with Ideality as an apprentice. Matt has turned into a great tool maker and is now a back-up programmer for Joe. Matt's computer skills also help us keep everything running. Matt has two wonderful boys and he loves to spend time with them. Matt loves to shoot pool and if you ever play him, don't play for money or you'll be in trouble. Matt loves to read and any time he is on break, he will most likely have a book in his hand.
