Michele has been with Ideality since March of 2003 and is the office manager, molding manager, shipping and receiving manager and QC inspector. In other words, the "Queen Bee". She has been married for 19 years and has 3 children 15, 12, and 8 plus a one year old foster child. Her hobbies include singing and spending time with family and friends. She is involved n her church with the worship team and she has been on two mission trips to the Dominican Republic.
