Eric has been in manufacturing for 15 years and has been a foreman at several other shops. At Ideality, he coordinates the orders with the shop and also works with the customers with material issues. He also helps with coordinating molding tests with the molders. Eric enjoys hunting, fishing and generally spending time in the out doors. His son, little Eric is just like dad and Eric is a very proud dad when ever he talks of his son.
