Ric is one of the original owners of Ideality. He has been in manufacturing since 1981. Electronics is his background. Ric has worked on Computerized Numerical Contols since 1981. In 1984, Ric started working with different manufacturing software packages (CAM) for programming CNC's. In 1990 he started working with solid bases design systems (CAD) and saw the value of what that could bring to manufacturing. Ric's hobbies are singing and sailing. He is very involved in his church and directs the church choir.
