Ideality was established in August of 1993 to assist with the development of a new medical product out of Phoenix, Arizona. We were trying to show the power of using software to maximize the manufacturing process. Since then, Ideality has been on the leading edge of technology in manufacturing. Ideality's state-of-the-art facility has seven CNC milling machines with the capacity to do 4-axis simultaneous milling that run 24/7 with the lights out. We have a brand new CNC EDM (Electronic Discharge Machine) with full forth axis and tool changing capability to allow for 24/7 operation. We have support equipment such as radial arm drill, manual milling machines, lathes, and grinding equipment. All equipment is networked into a common data system to allow for maximum flow of information into the shop floor.
